砂砾岩稠油油藏蒸汽驱先导试验效果分析

摘    要:方法结合矿场实验,应用油藏工程方法及数值模拟技术,研究砂砾岩稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐后转蒸汽驱的开采规律及其效果。目的改善稠油油藏的热采效果,进一步提高采收率。结果砂砾岩稠油油藏按照优选的注采参数实施蒸汽驱,除遵循一般的蒸汽驱开采规律外,还表现为:蒸汽驱受效过程较温和,反映在采油井上,蒸汽驱有效期长,蒸汽突破晚;转驱后,初期对采油井适时吞吐引效,中期开展蒸汽泡沫调剖,后期关汽窜采油井等一系列配套措施,对改善汽驱效果均是有效的。结论适时转蒸汽驱预计可比一直吞吐到底提高采收率10%左右,经济上可行;选择合理的转驱时机、井网井距和注采参数是提高汽驱效果的关键;采取一系列的调整措施是改善汽驱效果的保证

Abstract:MethodThe production regularities and effect of steam flooding converted from steam soak in glutenite heavy oil reservoir is studied by applying reservoir engineering method and numerical simulation technology combined with field experiment.PurposeTo improve thermal recovery effect of heavy oil reservoir and to increase recovery.ResultSteam flooding implemented in glutenite heavy oil reservoir with optimized injection and production parameters not only follows the rules of other steam flooding, but also has its own unique features as mild which is reflected in production well where steam flooding has longer period of effectiveness and steam breakthrough is found to be in a later phase. After conversion, three steps are recommended: steam soak of production well for a proper period of time at initial stage; steam foam profile adjustment at middle stage and close-in of steam channeling production well at later stage which are proved to be effective in improving steam flooding performance.ConclusionSteam flooding conversion at proper time is expected to increase about 10% of the recovery compared with steam soaking to the end. It is feasible economically. The key to improve the effect of steam flooding is to choose reasonable conversion time, well space, well pattern as well as injection and production parameters. Adjustment measures are the guarantee for its success.
