| 摘 要： | 以(2-丙烯酰氧)异戊烯磺酸钠(AOIAS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)等为原料,采用氧化-还原引发体系合成了一种低相对分子质量AOIAS/AM/AA共聚物钻井液降滤失剂,并对其用于钻井液的性能进行了评价。试验结果表明,低相对分子质量AOIAS/AM/AA共聚物抗温、抗钙污染、降滤失能力强、热稳定性好,适用于各种水基泥浆体系。

| Abstract: | The low relative molecular weight(2-acrylamido)isoamylene sodium sulfonate/acrylamide/acrylic acid(AOIAS/AM/AA)copolymer used for drilling fluids as filtration-loss-reducing agent was synthesized by redox initiation system.The properties of the copolymer used for drilling fluids were evaluated in laboratory.The experimental results showed that the low relative molecular weight AOIAS/AM/AA copolymer featured good temperature resistance,calcium fouling resistance,depressing the filtration loss,heat stability,it could suitably be used in all kinds of water based mud system. |
