| 摘 要： | 采用高压液相色谱仪,对4-差向土霉素含量在土霉素发酵、提炼过程中的变化进行了系统考察研究,查明了4-差向土霉素在整个产生过程不同工序的产生情况。明确4-差土霉素在整个生产过程不同中间体中的变化趋势,确定了过滤预处理过程为4-差土霉素增幅最明显的工序,是整个生产系统中的关键影响工序。

| Abstract: | A systematic research is conducted with HPLC into the content change of 4-differentiated in the fermentation and refinement of OTC and the whole production of OTC in different productive processes is examined. The change tendency of 4-different intermediates is clarified. It is also determined that the preliminary filter treatment during which 4-different is produced most is the key process in the whole productive system. |
