酒精酵母固定化的研究

摘    要:海藻酸钙固定化酵母球形颗粒经过Al~(3+)处理后,其机械强度提高一倍。用拉西环陶瓷填料作隐蔽及支撑物,海藻酸钙固定化酵母颗粒的机械强度即为拉西环陶瓷填料本身的机械强度,反应器的乙醇生产能力只降低了27%。本文考察了海藻酸钙固定化酵母与聚乙烯醇固定化酵母的连续乙醇发酵行为。

Abstract:The mechanical strength of spherical beads of Ca alginate containing immobilized yeast cells can be doubled by Al~(3+) treatment of the beads. When Rasching rings were used to hide and support Ca alginate gel, ihe mechanical strength of Ca alginate gel particles containing immobilized yeast cells equaled that of Rasching rings, while the ethanol productivity of the reactor was reduced to about 73% of the original.The behavior of Ca alginate immobilized yeast and polyvinyl alcohol immobilized yeast for continuous production of ethanol is studied.
