同步整流关键技术及其主要拓扑分析

摘    要:目前对低电压大电流DC/DC变换器的研究方兴未艾。本文归纳和提出同步整流的关键技术,对现有主要同步整流拓扑结构的工作特性及优缺点进行了较为深入的分析,同时对未来技术发展做出展望,以期促进我国低电压大电流DC/DC变换器技术的发展。

Abstract:Nowadays DC/DC low voltage/high current converters attract more and more research attention. This paper begins with key techniques of synchronous rectification (SR). Typical topology of presently built SRs as well as their performance and features are analyzed extensively. Future development of SR technique is prospected as to contribute to the development of low-voltage/ high-current DC-DC converters.
