| 摘 要： | 针对胎面胎侧三复合挤出生产线交流电动机组的各个传动点速度难以互相协调、匹配等困难,提出级联型机组线速度模糊控制的技术方案.在对胎面级联生产线调速设计的基础上,详细论述模糊控制器的设计及程序的实现.实际运行表明,采用模糊控制可以满足整个机组的线速度级联、同步、动态补偿、稳定运行等自动化控制要求.

| Abstract: | According to the difficulty of harmony & matching among every velocity of motor sets in Tire tread and sidewall triplex extrusion ine,the velocity fuzzy control of cascade sets is proposed.The problem of Fuzzy control is described simply and the design of fuzzy controller is introduced in this paper.It proved that the scheme can meet the velocity cascade,synchronization and dynamic compensation with its high efficiency. |
