填料是SBBR反应器不可或缺的组成部分,填料的选择在很大程度上决定了反应器的处理效果和推广使用。在挂膜启动过程中,通过几种不同类型填料进行比较得出:流动填料挂膜时出水水质较差,生物膜容易发生脱落;固定悬挂形式的化工填料挂膜效果较好,但化工原料的大量使用不符合环保和经济原则;生物填料类型则容易腐败或取材不易,但挂膜效果明显,有很大的发展空间。

The Influence of Stuffing Material in the Biofilm Cultivated Process of SBBR

Stuffing material was an indispensable part of SBBR reactor, the choice of it to a great extent determines the treatment effect and popularization of the reactor. By several different types of stuffing materials to compare in the cultivated process of biofilm： the effluent quality of mobile packing was poor and biological membrane was easy to fall oft＇; the fixed suspension form was better, but the heavy use of chemical raw materials do not meet the principles of environmental protection and economic; biological materials were easier to become putrid or inconvenient to gather, but the effect was obvious at startup, so there was much work to do in applied research.
