| 摘 要： | 回转窑系统的单筒回转式冷却机一般都有两个作用：一方面冷却烧结后的高温熟料；另一方面，促使高温熟料与二次风之间的热交换，提高二次风的温度，从而最大限度地回收高温熟料的显热。以某氧化铝熟料窑的回转式冷却机为例，分析了目前回转式冷却机存在的不足之处，并介绍了一种改进方案。通过改进，氧化铝熟料窑系统的热工制度得到改善，不仅降低了单位熟料烧成煤耗，而且提高了熟料窑系统的产能，同时降低了冷却水消耗。

| Abstract: | The cooler has two actions, cooling high temperature sintered chamotte, improving heat exchange between high temperature sintered chamotte and secondary wind and recovering sensible heat of the former. Based on analyzing the weakness of the cooler, an improved scheme was carried out. After improvement the heat technology system of the chamotte kiln was improved, and coal and cooling water consumption in roasting was reduced. In the same time, the yield capacity was increase. |
