摘    要:在常压(?)400—550℃的条件下,分别以不同粒度(20—40,40—60,60—80目)的催化剂,在流化床积分反应器中,获得了铬-磷催化剂烧炭动力学速度方程式v=k_0exp(-E/RT)·P_(o2)·C_c。其中活化能E=95.29-kJ/mol,k_0=3.25×10~5S~(-1)·atm~(-1)。首先进行了催化剂颗粒和流速对扩散的影响试验,发现表面反应为速率的控制步骤。实验结果表明,480℃以上与连续模型相符,低于480℃时与缩核摸型相符。


Kinetics of Burning Coke on Cr-P-SiO_2 Catalyst
Abstract:The kinetics of burning coke accumulated on Cr-P-SiO_2 catalyst was investigated using an integral fluidized bed reactor. Isothermal runs were made at temperatures between 400 and 550℃ and under atmospheric pressure, using catalysts with particle sizes of 20—40, 40—60, 60—80 mesh. The rate equation of this reaction was obtained as follows: r=3.25×10~5exp(-95.29/RT)·Po_2·Cc The influence of catalyst particle size and its flow rate was studied in order to eliminate diffusive effects. Chemical reaction, however, was the rate controlling step. The experimental results were well described by the continuous model above 480℃ and by the shrinking core model below this temperature.
