| 摘 要： | 1 前言目前大部分金刚石工具及其制品都是由金刚石与各种各样的金属结合剂经加压成型和加热烧结而成的。显然金刚石和结合剂的性质对工具的效率和寿命有很大的影响。为此 ,人们作了不少的研究。但是 ,金刚石工具中的结合剂对金刚石颗粒的把持力或结合强度对工具的磨削效率和使用寿命无疑起决定作用。为了达到强力的结合而采用的方法很多 ,例如改变结合剂的成份和比例 ,金刚石表面的金属化 ,对结合剂进行氢还原和真空烧结等等。其中最常用的方法就是在真空中为金刚石表面镀上一层有一定厚度的金属膜 ,如Ｔｉ、Ｃｕ等 ,或化学方法镀附金属 ,…

| Abstract: | On apparatus of magneto controllable sputter a multi layer film is experimentally formed on the surface of diamond by using low temperature plasma. After high temperature sintering the film can be transformed into quasi gradient structure. Through experimental comparision, its high bond strength and anti oxidation is observed. |
