减速器齿轮与轴过盈配合选取的分析

摘    要:抽油机减速器齿轮与轴过盈配合的选取不当是造成减速器串轴和齿轮冲击的直接原因,精确确定过盈量是减速器设计的关键。以26B型减速器为例,根据额定扭矩计算所需的过盈量并和当前所选的过盈量进行比较,对其不合适的配合进行了修改,最后依据修改后的过盈配合计算出热装时工件的加热温度,从而减少用电量、节约成本。

Abstract:Improper selection between pumping unit gear reducer and interference fit of gear is the direct main causes which makes the impact between the intermediate shaft and the gear.Accurately determine the amount of interference is the key to the design of gear reducer.In this paper the amount of interference is calculated according to the rated torque,which is compared with the amount of currently interference,the problem has been modified with the inappropriate interference fit.Finally based on the modified interference fit,the heating temperature of shrinkage fit to reducing power consumption and cost savings are calculated.
