陕西某卡林型金矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:对陕西某卡林型金矿石进行了选矿试验研究。通过对浮选指标各影响因素的优化,得出了粗选的最优操作条件:磨矿细度-74gm85%;pH值调整剂碳酸钠1000g/t;水玻璃400g/t;活化剂硫酸铜150g/t;组合捕收剂:BK321+DN-38(70+40)g/t;起泡剂2^#油20g/t。在此条件下进行了三次粗选、两次空白精选、两次扫选实验室闭路试验,可获得金精矿品位为41.25g/t、回收率为85.61%的较好指标,表明该金矿石可以通过浮选达到预先富集的目的。

Abstract:The flotahility test of a gold ore of Shanxi was performed. The optimal roughing conditions were achieved by optimizing the influence factors of flotation index, they are grinding size of 85 % -74μm, pH is 9.30, and dispersant dosage of Na2SiO3 is 400 g/t, and reagents dosage of copper sulfate is 150 g/t, collector dosage of BK321 and DN-38 is 70 g/t and 40 g/t and iol is 20 g/t. Laboratory test through a flotation flowsheet of "three--stage roughing, two--stage cleaning and two--stage scavenging" at the optimal operating conditiona was performed. The gold with the grade of 41.25 g/t and the recovery of 85.61% can be obtained.
