摘    要:介绍一种双活塞对置直线驱动斯特林制冷机,它具有振动小,结构紧凑,噪音低,可靠性高等特点。该机在80K时制冷量为1W,降温时间小于3min(200J热负载),目前正在进行可靠性增长研究。

Abstract:A Stirling cryocoler with two opposite pistons driven linearly is described in the paper.The crycooler has the characteristics of small vibration,compact structure,low noise and high reliability. The cooling capacity is 1 W at 80 K and the cooling down time with a thermal load of 200 J is less than 3 minutes.Currently,the research work is stressed on the better reliability of the cryocooler.
