| 摘 要： | 介绍一种双活塞对置直线驱动斯特林制冷机，它具有振动小，结构紧凑，噪音低，可靠性高等特点。该机在８０Ｋ时制冷量为１Ｗ，降温时间小于３ｍｉｎ（２００Ｊ热负载），目前正在进行可靠性增长研究。

| Abstract: | A Stirling cryocoler with two opposite pistons driven linearly is described in the paper.The crycooler has the characteristics of small vibration,compact structure,low noise and high reliability. The cooling capacity is 1 W at 80 K and the cooling down time with a thermal load of 200 J is less than 3 minutes.Currently,the research work is stressed on the better reliability of the cryocooler. |
