| 摘 要： | 介绍了ZY338型螺旋榨油机的研制,对送料机构、榨膛内结构及运行参数、工作部件的防磨损处理、降低劳动强度和方便维修等方面进行了优化设计.生产实践证明,ZY338型螺旋榨油机具有处理量大,饼中残油低,易于装配和维修,生产成本低等优点.

| Abstract: | The design of feeding mechanism,structure of barrel,and running parameters,antiwear treatment of working parts,reducing labor intensity and facilitating maintenance of ZY338-type screw press were described.The application proved that the ZY338-type screw press had many advantages,such as large capacity,low residual oil content in cake,easy assembly and maintenance,and low production costs. |
