摘    要:笔者在地下工程施工中,发现有水平力破坏现象。后经全国第一次岩石力学会议(79年长沙)和软岩掘进会议(80 年吉林)得知,国内其它行业也有类似。再后由原苏联科学院资料!]介绍,水平地壳应力是比较普遍的,其值有时达盖层重力应力的几倍到十几倍。它为什么比重大,理论上无解,但危害极大。从 1974 年起,笔者就追溯水平力来源,于 1985 年发现了地球动力合成作用原理,发表在建设部(清华)《工程力学》等2]3]4]刊物上。其在建设中有很大的指导意义,因为它是基于地球运动而产生的(力学)基础理论,覆盖范围较广,属于新观点,新概念。鉴于大家感兴趣,并为“三峡”和“核电”建设等提供思考。这里分几个部分介绍。

Abstract:In the construction of underground engineering, the author found the phenomenon of horizontal force failure. After the first national conference on rock mechanics (Changsha, 79) and the soft rock Excavation Conference (Jilin, 80), it was learned that other domestic industries were similar. Then by the former Soviet Academy of Sciences information! ] Introduction, the horizontal crustal stress is relatively common, and its value sometimes reaches several times to ten times of the cap gravity stress. Why it is greater than, there is no theoretical solution, but the harm is great. Since 1974, the author has traced the source of the horizontal force and discovered the principle of geodynamic synthesis in 1985, which was published in the journal Engineering Mechanics of the Ministry of Construction (Tsinghua) 2]3]4]. It has great guiding significance in the construction, because it is based on the earth movement and generated (mechanics) basic theory, covering a wide range, belongs to the new view, new concept. In view of everyone''s interest, and for the "Three Gorges" and "nuclear power" construction to provide thinking. This is introduced in several parts.
