专色油墨配色数据库的建立

为了建立专色油墨配色数据库,解决包装印刷中专色油墨配色的准确性和可重复性低的问题,采用X-RiteColor Master油墨配色系统,对专色油墨配色数据库的建立进行了研究。结果表明,油墨配色首先应在配色系统中建立完善的基墨数据库,配色时,采用分光光度计测试标准墨色的L＊a＊b＊值,并输入配色系统,即可得出可选配方,根据配方配墨后进行油墨打样、色差比对,从而获得满意的专色油墨配色配方。应用所建立的专色油墨配色数据库进行专色油墨配色,具有操作简单、方便,标准量化程度较高的特点。

Establishment of Database on Color-matching of Spot Color Ink

In order to establish the spot color ink matching database,so to solve the problem of low accuracy and repeatability in spot color ink matching process,the author did special research about spot color ink matching database＇s establishment through using X-Rite Color Master ink matching system.The result stated that the first step in color matching process should establish perfect process color ink database.Then using of spectrometer measure the L＊a＊b＊ value of standard ink and import into X-Rite Color Master Ink Matching system,get the possible formulations,and prepare inks according to forenamed possible formulations and proofing.At last the acceptable ink formulation was specified by comparing the color contrasts.The research indicate it is easy to operate and has high level of quantizing while applying established spot color ink matching database to make ink matching.
