摘    要:针对金属板等离子体弧柔性成形的试验数据处理问题,提出用灰色系统理论与时间序列分析相结合的方法描述金属板在弯曲变形过程中的角度变化。用一组实测温度变化数据证明了用GM(1,1)模型和ARMA模型共同描述金属板弯曲成形的适用性,并用模型预算公式对预测值与实测值作了比较,证明预测效果良好。

Abstract:A synthetical analysis method combining the analysis method with the grays theory is adopted aimed at the key issue of data management in the experiment on flexible forming of sheet metal using plasma arc.This method is used to describe the change of angle during the process of flexible forming of sheet metal.The actual measurement of angle change demonstrates that it is feasible to utilize GM(1,1) and ARMA mode to describe the forming of sheet metal.At the end,the forecast formula is presented to predict variation trend of the flexible forming.
