填丝CO_2激光焊的焊缝成形研究

摘    要:利用自行设计的填丝激光焊系统,研究了大功率CO_2激光填丝焊接工艺参数对HAZ尺寸及焊缝成形的影响。实验确定了最佳的送丝角度范围,发现填丝激光焊的焊缝形状近似呈“X”形。

Abstract:The system of laser beam welding with filler wire has been developed in this paper. The effect of welding parameters on HAZ (Heat Affected Zone) size and weld formation during high power laser welding with filler wire has been studied. The appropriate wire-feeding angle has been determined by welding experiments,and the cross section of the weld in laser welding with filler wire is approximatively "X" shape
