| 摘 要： | 公共关系活动本质上是道德活动，其活动过程包涵着道德的行为规范．在公共关系课程的教学过程中，其道德内容随着知识的传授自然而然地影响、熏陶着学生；所以，对学生进行素质教育，公共关系也可以发挥重要作用．

| Abstract: | Activities of public relation are moral activities in nature. They bear moral possibilities and obligations from beginning to end. The moral implication influences and has some effects upon students while the course is taught. In this sense, public relation will play a very important part in the work of quality education. |
