| 摘 要： | 针对现有双卧轴搅拌机存在的固有缺陷,提出了一种振动搅拌机方案,并设计了相应的试验样机.通过试验,研究了搅拌速度、振幅和振动频率等参数的匹配关系,检测了样机的工作性能.结果表明,这种振动搅拌原理和实施方案是可行的,振动活化与强制搅拌相结合,有效地消除了搅拌低效区,提高了混凝土搅拌质量.

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward a scheme of vibratory mixer in order to eliminate the intrinsic defects exist- ing in the double-horizontal shafts mixer.The prototype based on this scheme was designed.By means of ex- periments,it discusses the matching relationship of mixing speed,vibrating range and frequency,and tests working performance of the prototype.The results indicate that the principle and scheme of the vibratory mix- er is feasible.It eliminates inefficient zone in the mixer and improves mixing quality of concrete. |
