新型喷水织机浆料的研制

摘    要:通过引入二价金属离子络盐对丙烯酸酯浆料改性的研究,制成了新型喷水织机浆料—PS浆料。实验证明,应用PS浆料上浆后,该浆料的物理性能可以满足合纤长丝在喷水织机上织造的各项要求。本文为PS浆料进一步扩大生产提供了依据。

Abstract:The ps jet size has been made based on the study of improving the properties of the acrylate copolymers size by means of introducing the complex salt through divalent cations. It has been proved through experiments that the physical properties of the ps size can meet the requirements of the jet loom weaving when synthetic filaments are sized with the ps size. This paper provides the basis for further expanding the production of the ps size.
