摘    要:盐穴地下储气库是利用地下较厚的盐层或盐丘,采用人工方式在盐层或盐丘中水溶形成洞穴储存空间来存储天然气,是储气库的主要类型之一。盐穴储气库建成后第一次注气排卤及注采完井是储气库建造和应用以及安全运行的关键。为了满足我国首座盐穴储气库--金坛盐穴储气库建设的需要,根据该储气库建库的特点,进行了注气排卤及注采完井工艺技术研究,通过注气排卤及注采完井方案的优选,制定了现场施工工艺,形成了我国盐穴储气库注气排卤及注采完井配套工艺技术,并成功运用于该储气库已有溶腔改造的5口井中,填补了我国盐穴储气库的注气排卤及注采完井工艺技术的空白。

Abstract:The underground gas storage salt cavern is to artificially dissolve the thick salt layer or salt dome to form a storage cavern for natural gas. It’s a main type of gas storage sites. The first gas injection to displace brines and perform production completion after the cavern constructed is critical for construction, application and safe operation of gas storage salt cavern. In order to construct the first Chinese gas storage salt cavern, Jintan cavern, based on the analysis of the features of the construction, the technology of injecting gas to displace brines and the technology of gas injection production were studied and finally were successfully applied in 5 wells which had dissolved caves formed already in Jintan Cavern. The study had filled the blank in the fields of gas injection production technology using underground gas storage salt cavern to displace brine solution and contain injected gas.
