| Abstract: | The application requirement, ampacity calculation and power distribution protection were discussed, which should be considered in choosing parallel cables. The principles of using parallel cables in GB, NEC and IEC were compared and summarized. It is useful for electrical designers in understanding standards and choosing parallel cables. |
