| 摘 要： | 从编制国家智慧城市标准的历史背景出发,指出编制国家智慧城市标准体系应体现中国特色。重点介绍了国家智慧城市标准体系的组成,提出了标准体系建设的五个阶段,即认知、互通、平衡、自洽、辨证阶段,可为国家智慧城市标准体系的编制提供参考。

| Abstract: | China characteristics in formulating standard values were introduced under the historical background of complicating the national intelligent city standard system. The standard system composition was stated on emphasis.Five stages of constructing standard system, which were included cognition, intercommunication, balance, self-consistent, and dialectical were proposed. It could provide references for the formulating of national intelligent city standard system. |
