| 摘 要： | 本文通过对德国职业教育中校企合作体制机制的分析，列举出其较为成功的校企合作关键因素与做法，归纳出可供借鉴的典型经验。同时针对我国职业教育如何进一步开展好校企合作，如何借鉴国外经验解决我国职业院校校企合作中的现实问题，在对照分析的基础上提出了相关建议。
