| 摘 要： | 根据华北电网ＥＭＳ高级应用软件的运行状况，本文从电网调度的实际工作出发，分析了高级软件应用水平偏低的原因。为赶上发达国家的电网管理水平，加速完善ＥＭＳ和提高其应用水平，本文提出了专家跟踪服务和培训高级调度员两项措施，并必须将其列入ＥＭＳ的总体设计。
