摘    要:根据1000kV交流输电线路对绝缘子的技术要求,对我国现有的瓷、玻璃盘形悬式绝缘子和棒形悬式复合绝缘子的等级规格、电气特性和机械特性进行了分析;结合运行的要求指出特高压系统用的绝缘子应解决的关键技术是污秽问题,同时要完善和开发高吨位等级的各种大爬距的绝缘子;特高压绝缘子串的电位分布对绝缘子的性能影响应引起重视;除了执行GB/T1001-2003和GB/T19519,还应增加补充打击负荷试验(仅是普通型)、可见电晕电压试验、无线电干扰试验、工频电弧试验、机械振动试验和长串机械试验。

Abstract:Analysis was made on classes,electrical and mechanical characteristics of available in China porcelain and glass cap and pin insulator as well as composite insulators in accordance with technical requirements of 1 000 kV a.c.transmission line for insulators.1It is pointed out in consideration on service requirement that the key technology for insulator application at UHV system is anti-pollution solution and development and innovation of insulators of high strength classes and large creepage path.1The electric stress distribution along UHV insulator string shall deserve extra attention.1In addition to standards GB/T1001-2000 and GB/T19519,1impact test(for normal type only),visible corona voltage test,RIV test,power frequency arc test,mechanical vibration test and along string mechanical test shall to introduce.
