对福州市朱紫坊街区保护改造的探讨

朱紫坊是福州市仅存不多的历史传统风貌街区之一。本论文仅简要介绍规划方案的主要设计构思，以及设计后几点思考和体会。期望能唤起政府职能部门、同行专家乃至社会公众更多关注、参与，使得对这一历史街区的保护改造既能保护传统的风貌特色，又能获得新时期的生命力，以实现朱紫坊历史街区的可持续发展。

Discussion on the renewal and preservation of Zhu Zhi Fang district

ZhuZhi Fang District is one of the few traditional districts with long history in the city of FuZhou. As one of the designner of the renewl plan of the district, the authar instroduce the main concept of the plan, as well as the key point of the further study of the issue. The paper point out that during the process of district renewal, the goal of substantial development of the historical district can be achieved by pouring the fresh vitality into the district without damaging the thedictional characteristics of the block. The paper expect more attention and consultation from the government concemed, acaddemic circle, and the public.
