大直径电缆井壁取心仪岩心分隔片机构设计

摘    要:现有的大直径井壁取心仪在取心过程中只使用井深参数定位岩心,无法明确区分取心岩层与岩心的对应关系。在新型大直径井壁取心仪研制过程中,设计了岩心分隔片机构,在钻取岩心过程中加入隔片,可以与深度参数一起区分岩心在目的层的具体位置,为后期岩心分析、储层分析提供可靠数据。岩心分隔片机构采用液压力驱动导板,导板带动隔片进入隔片舱,实现区分岩心的目的。该机构设计了不同性能的弹簧,可以加入30个或60个隔片。地面试验证明,该机构能完成隔片加入功能,性能可靠,对大直径井壁取心仪器的推广具有重要意义。

Abstract:The existing large-diameter wall setting only adopts depth positioning core in the process of coring, and the corresponding relationship between core rock and core cannot be clearly distinguished. In the development process of a new type of large-diameter wall-picking tool, a core separator machine was designed. When adding spacers in the process of core drilling, the specific position of the core in the target layer can be distinguished together with the depth parameter, providing reliable data for later core analysis and reservoir analysis. The core separator mechanism uses hydraulic pressure to drive the guide plate, and the guide plate drives the spacer into the spacer chamber to realize the purpose of separating the core. The mechanism is designed with springs of different properties, which can include 30 or 60 compartments. The ground test shows that the machine can complete the function of adding spacers and has reliable performance, which is of great significance to the popularization of large-diameter wall coring instruments.
