摘    要:以尿素介质为碱源直接合成HZSM-5分子筛,考察了尿素用量、晶化时间、晶化温度及晶化方式对分子筛合成的影响,并进行了合成工艺放大验证。结果表明:尿素用量对HZSM-5分子筛产品的结晶度和收率均影响明显;晶化时间和晶化温度对产品的结晶度影响明显,但是对产品收率影响较小;动态晶化略优于静态晶化。优化工艺条件下,HZSM-5分子筛在200 mL和2 L晶化釜的单釜质量收率均大于31%,相对结晶度均较高,产品的微观形貌、孔结构、酸性及对甲醇制丙烯反应催化活性基本一致。放大合成产品的结构和性能重现性好、工艺稳定。

Abstract:For directly synthesizing HZSM-5 molecular sieve in urea media, the effects of urea amount, crystallization time, temperature and feeding manner were investigated. The synthesis was scaled up. Results show that urea amount obviously affects both the crystallinity and the yield of the target product. Crystallization time and temperature affect mainly the crystallinity. Dynamic crystallization process is slightly better than static one. Under optimal conditions, the single-batch product yield in both 200 mL and 2 L reactors exceed 31% with high crystallinity. The products reveal similar microcosmic appearance, pore structure, acidity and catalytic activity in methanol-to-propylene reaction. The scale-up synthesis was stable with repeatable product property.
