摘    要:针对潜油电机优化设计问题,提出一种改进的基于基因链编码方式的自适应遗传算法,对外径为143 mm系列的大功率潜油电机进行电磁优化设计。通过建立潜油电机的热网络模型,推导出传导热阻、对流热阻、接触热阻3种等效热阻的计算公式,得出潜油电机各部分温升计算结果。根据优化后的电磁方案,并对潜油电机本体结构进一步优化,研制出高性能大功率的143G型潜油电机。经过样机试验,电机主要性能指标均达到设计要求,并且使电机单位长度输出功率提高了20%。

Abstract:For the optimization design of the submersible motor, an improved adaptive genetic algorithm based on gene-chain coding was proposed to optimize the electromagnetic performance of the 143 mm series submersible motor. By establishing the thermal network model of the submersible motor, the calculation methods of three equivalent thermal resistances, namely conduction thermal resistance, convection thermal resistance, and contact thermal resistance were concluded. Based on the optimized electromagnetic scheme and further optimization of the structure, a new generation of high-performance and high-power 143G submersible motor was developed. During the prototype test, the main performance indicators of the motor reached the international advanced level, and the motor's output power per unit length greatly increased by 20%.
