海上水平井蒸汽驱长效光纤监测技术研究与应用

摘    要:海上稠油热采工艺已逐渐由单一的吞吐热采向注采一体化、蒸汽驱工艺发展,通过有效的监测手段获取井筒沿程及水平段的温度数据,对于海上蒸汽驱注汽井尤为重要。分布式光纤监测技术是近几年来发展起来的一项井下测试新技术,与传统测试技术相比,具有实时、稳定、长效等特点,具有无可比拟的技术优势。但海上热采井多为水平井且工艺管柱复杂,应用工况恶劣,安全要求高,监测难度大。结合海上热采井特点和蒸汽驱监测工艺,开展了水平井蒸汽驱光纤监测技术研究,并研制了关键配套工具,形成了一套水平井管内外穿越转换光纤监测工艺。该项测监工艺不仅能监测油管环空温度,了解注汽管柱隔热效果,而且能监测水平段的温度,了解水平段吸汽情况。现场应用结果表明,该监测技术具有耐高温、耐高压、实时、长效的特点,能为海上稠油蒸汽驱以及规模化热采开发提供科学依据,具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Offshore heavy oil thermal recovery has gradually expanded from a single huff-and-puff thermal recovery method to the integrated injection production and steam drive process methods. It is particularly important for offshore steam drive steam injection wells to obtain temperature data along the wellbore and horizontal section through effective monitoring means. Distributed optical fiber testing, which is a new testing technology developed in recent years, compared with traditional testing technology, has the characteristics of real-time, stability and long-term effect, and has incomparable technical advantages. Most of the offshore thermal recovery wells are horizontal wells, and the process string is complicated, with poor application conditions, high safety requirements, high safety requirements, and difficult monitoring. Combined with the characteristics of offshore thermal production wells and the requirements of steam drive monitoring technology, the research on optical fiber monitoring technology for the steam drive in horizontal wells was carried out, and key supporting tools were developed, a set of optical fiber monitoring technology for the internal and external crossing of horizontal wells was proposed. The field application results show that the monitoring technology has the characteristics of high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, real-time and long-term, which can provide a scientific basis for large-scale thermal recovery development of offshore heavy oil with good application feedback.
