雷达吸波涂层的失效行为

摘    要:介绍了雷达吸波涂层脱落、开裂、吸波性能下降3种失效行为。吸波涂层脱落主要由于底材处理不当或底漆与吸波涂料不配套所致;吸波涂层开裂的主要原因是高颜料体积浓度的分散体系中树脂成膜物未能适当成膜或多层材料固化速度差别较大;粘结剂体系收缩性过大使厚度降低、采用的片状吸收剂在涂层中状态不稳定以及使用温度的原因,均会导致吸波性能的下降。从机械应力和吸波涂层内应力两方面分析了应力对吸波涂层失效的影响,并提出根据失效面积进行分级维修的方案。

Abstract:Three failure behaviors of radar wave-absorbing coating(RWC) ( peeling off, cracking and decrease of wave-absorbing property) were introduced. Peeling off of RWC mainly resulted from improper surface treatment to the coated substrates or incom J patibility between the primer and RWC. Cracking mainly resulted from bad film-formability due to the higher content of the absorbent; additionally, the difference of the solidification rate among the multi-layer materials was another reason for cracking of RWC. The decrease of the wave-absorbing property may result from three factors : thickness decrease due to shrinkage of cohesive material, instability of the plate-like absorbent in the coating, and improper working temperature. In addition, the effect of stress on the failure of RWC was analyzed in terms of mechanical stress and internal stress of RWC. Finally, a maintenance scheme was proposed that grading of maintenance should be carried out according to failure area.
