立体视觉传感器优化设计技术研究

摘    要:依据几何成像原理建立了对称式立体视觉传感器的参数模型,通过对此模型坐标测量误差及传感器各参数误差传递函数的分析,研究了立体视觉传感器结构参数及其误差传递规律对传感器综合测量精度的影响关系特性,分析了有效视场、坐标测量精度和传感器结构参数之间的关系,给出了立体视觉传感器结构参数的设计原则与方法步骤,对立体视觉传感器的结构进行了优化设计,对比了传统结构和新式结构的优缺点,并在文章最后介绍了实际应用以及达到的精度.

Abstract:A parameter model of symmetrical stereoscopic visual sensor is set up according to geometrical imaging principle through analyzing the measurement accuracy of a stereoscopic visual sensor and the error transfer functions of the sensor structure parameters.The effect of the visual sensor structural parameters and the error transfer rules on the sensor measurement result is probed.The error analysis explicitly illustrates the dependence of the visual sensor accuracy on the sensor structural parameters.The relationship among the effective field of view,coordinate measuring accuracy and sensor structural parameters is analyzed.Based on the comprehensive consideration for designing an ideal visual sensor,the principle and method of the sensor design are derived.The structure of symmetrical stereoscopic visual sensor is optimally designed and the merits and demerits of classical structure and advanced structure are compared.Lastly,the article also introduces the practical applications and the accuracy achieved.
