| 摘 要： | 论述了集成电路(IC)产业的技术现状、发展周期、驱动因素以及发展模式变迁,介绍了我国IC技术、产业和政策现状,指出未来IC技术将沿着摩尔定律和超摩尔定律前进。在新兴市场的带动下,IC产业规模将继续扩大,IC对经济和社会发展的支撑引领作用进一步凸显。
