激光成像技术的新发展

摘    要:激光三维成像技术具有有别于其它光学成像技术的许多特点,在侦察、测绘、制导和导航等领域有着广泛的应用前景,是激光应用领域的一个研究热点。随着激光技术和探测器技术的发展,近些年来,一种以三维探测器阵列为核心的新型体制的激光三维成像技术得到了迅速的发展,该体制的激光三维成像系统包含了单光子三维雪崩探测器阵列、半导体泵浦微片激光器、衍射光学元素微光机电系统等诸多前言技术,是激光三维成像技术的一种发展方向。本文对该技术的特点、应用、关键技术和发展状况等情况作一简要介绍。

Abstract:3D laser imaging technology has many advantages for the other optical imaging means,and has wide application prospect in many fields such as reconnaissance,topography,navigation and guiding.With the development of laser and detector technology,a novel laser imaging technology based on 3D detector array has developed rapidly in recent years.Its key parts include the Geiger-mode avalanche photodiode detector FPA,diode-pumped microchip laser,diffractive optical element micro optical system,etc.The features,applications,key technologies,status and developing trend of this laser imaging technology are presented.
