| 摘 要： | 利用层状结构六方BN（h—BN）优良的润滑特性，将其引入Al2O3陶瓷基体中制备陶瓷复合材料。借助抗弯强度测试、XRD、SEM等手段，对BN含量、结构参数、烧成温度及材料组成和显微结构等几个影响因素进行讨论，得到了实现自润滑材料的最佳配方、成型工艺和烧成温度。

| Abstract: | The ceramic composite materials containing h - BN as solid lubricant component to utilize its better lubrication property had been synthesized . By the means of testing methods such as bending strength test , XRD, SEM and so on , the best direction, shaping technics and firing temperature had been obtained . And the influences of the content of BN, structure parameter, temperature, composition and microstructure had been discussed. |
