摘    要:针对薄壁结构件刚性差,加工中易变形的工艺难题,运用ANSYS结构静力学分析和正交优化分析的方法,模拟了夹紧点个数、夹紧点位置对加工中工件受力变形的影响,对装夹方案进行了优选.结果表明,采用六点夹紧是较优的,并给出了夹紧点的位置。

Abstract:Thin-walled workpieces with feeble rigidity are deformable during the machining process. The influence of the number and the position of the clamping points on the workpiece deformation under machining force is simulated with ANSYS software, using analytical method of structural statics and crthogonal optimization. The result indicates, the clamping scheme with six points is more effective and their position is also given.
