基于AT89C51单片机的窄轨交流电机车智能无触点司控器的设计

摘    要:以AT89C51单片机为核心,利用光电开关传感器、光电耦合器等电子元器件实现了窄轨交流电机车智能无触点司控器的设计,通过软件编程实现对机车方向及速度的自动控制,并能对故障状态进行智能化处理,实现了司控器的数字化和智能化。与传统的机械式司控器相比,无触点可使司控器体积、重量减小,运行可靠性提高,易于防爆,通用性增强。

Abstract:Based on AT89C51,the paper achieved design of intelligent non-contact driver controller of narrow-gauge AC locomotive used of photoelectric switch sensor and optocoupler.Direction and speed of the locomotive can be automatic controlled through programmed,and fault status can be processed.Digital and intelligent of non-contact driver controller be achieved.Compared to the traditional mechanical driver controller,size and weight is smaller,reliability is improved,anti-explosion is easer and general is increas...
