| 摘 要： | 以日本引种的201缢股蓝为原料，研制出含有丰富绞股蓝皂甙和氨基酸的绞股蓝饮料、绞股蓝口服液、绞股蓝饼干等保健产品。通过201绞股蓝在生产绞股蓝制品时的工艺特点以及我国一些省份的绞股蓝品种与201绞股蓝在总皂甙、总氨基酸含量上对比，证明此种绞股蓝为值得推广与栽培的优良品，是生产绞股蓝保健品的优质原料。

| Abstract: | Health products (including beverage, oral liquid and biscuit) rich in gypenoside of Gynostemma and amino acids were made from domesticated Gynostemma 201 introduced from Japan. The technological characteristics for the production of these Gynostemma 201 foods and the comparison of Gynostemma 201 with Gynostemma in some provinces in our country in the total contents of gypenoside of Gynostemma and amino acids showed that Gynostemma 201, as a high quality material for Gynostemma health products, should be popularized. |
