| 摘 要： | 从具体工程案例中施工合同价格调整条款存在缺陷出发,根据08清单计价规范有关规定,提出了工程实践中合同价款的调整方法及价款调整约定需明确的事项,以期达到为发、承包双方签订既符合双方合法权益又对工程造价能进行良好控制的施工合同提供参考。
