| 摘 要： | 从全国水资源保护规划编制需要出发，应用系统分析和水质模拟方法，对水污染物总量控制系统进行研究。提出了水污染物总量控制系统结构及编制工作程序，并结合工作实例，探讨了水污染物总量控制的技术方法。

| Abstract: | Proceed from the plan of water resource protection around the China, the water quantity control system of pollutant is studied by systematic analysis and water quality simulation method. The control system structure and work out program are put forward. The technical method of quantity control of water pollutant is probed united with the sample. |
