高碳盘条V-Cr-Mo合金化对其组织性能的影响

摘    要:在SWRH82B盘条中添加合金元素V、Cr和Mo,使82B盘条的各项力学性能得到改善,其中抗拉强度提高了约150 MPa,延伸率提高了约1%,断面收缩率提高了约7%。分析结果表明,微合金元素加入后,82B盘条强度的提高,主要是由于珠光体片层间距细化和铁素体片层固溶强化与析出强化的共同作用;延伸率和断面收缩率的提高,主要是由于珠光体球团的细化作用。

Abstract:The various mechanical properties of the SWRH82B wire rod were improved by adding alloying elements such as V, Cr and Mo into the SWRH82B wire rod, in which the tensile strength increased by about 150 MPa, the elongation about 1% and the percentage reduction of area about 7%. The analytical results show that the strength increasing of the 82B wire rod is mainly ascribed to the combined action of the pearlite interlamellar-spacing refining and the ferrite lamellar solution strengthening and precipitation after the miroalloying elements were added. Meanwhile the ductility and the percentage reduction of area increasing of the 82B wire rod is mainly ascribed to the refining effect of pearlite colony.
