相变储能混凝土制备的前期研究

摘    要:本文首先配制出癸酸-月桂酸二元复合相变材料,然后用超轻陶粒作为载体吸入相变材料并用环氧树脂进行表面封装,从而制得制备相变储能混凝土的相变骨料。研究表明:当癸酸含量为40%时,复合相变材料的相变温度为25.13℃,相变潜热为101.9J/g;真空条件下超轻陶粒对相变材料的吸入量为48%;复合相变材料与超轻陶粒的相容性良好;环氧树脂作为封装材料能防止相变材料在相变循环时的渗漏。

Abstract:In this paper,a binary multiple phase change material was produced with Decanoic acid and Lauric acid firstly.Then the phase change material was absorbed into the super-light ceramsite and the ceramsite was encapsulated with epoxy resin The encapsulated ceramsite can be used to produce energy storage concrete as phase change coarse aggregate.The results denote that the multiple material's phase change degree is 25.13℃ and the latent heat is 101.9J/g when the Decanoic acid's dosage is 40%;The adsorption of the phase change materials is 48% in vacuum condition.The binary eutectic phase change material has a good compatibility with the super-light ceramsite;Epoxy resin has a good encapsulation result to prevent the leakage of phase change material.
