摘    要:运用有限元软件ANSYS对变电构架中常用的无加劲肋法兰进行了非线性数值分析.揭示了无加劲肋法兰节点在拉弯荷载作用下的受力特点和应力分布,比较了不同法兰盘厚度的节点在相同荷载作用下的螺栓内力,并分析了法兰盘刚度影响无加劲肋法兰节点受力性能的原因.

Abstract:Using the software ANSYS to take the nonlinear finite element analysis for non-stiffened flange joints frequently-used in gantry of substations.Revealing the characteristic and stress distribution of the flange joint under tensile-bending loads,the bolt internal force of flange joints with different flange plate thicknesses are compared under same load;and the reason that how the flange plate rigidity influences the bearing performance of the flange joints is analyzed.
