摘    要:本文针对力协调加载系统的特点,提出了模型参考自适应控制系统的设计方法,并阐述了系统结构及工作原理,软件设计及控制算法。为提高加载系统控制精度和加载速度,在系统结构设计过程中,分别设计了应变放大器和双恒流源等电路,并采用了智能接口和双机通讯技术,软件设计具有模块化,结构化等特点。加载试验证明了控制方法的可行性。

Abstract:A design method for Model Reference Adaptive Control System is proposed considering the characteristic of force synchronous loading system.System structure and principle,software design as well as control Algorithm is also presented by the authors.A strain amplifier and a circuit of double constant current sources is designed and technologies of intelligent interface and communication between two microcomputers are used to improve control accuracy and increase loading speed.Characteristics of modularity and structurization are seen in the development of software.The feasibility of the control method is confirmed by loading experiments.
