建筑废料减量化管理措施研究

摘    要:目前,建筑垃圾迅速增多,既污染环境又浪费资源。其产生的原因是:废料管理措施不落实、节约材料和保护环境意识薄弱;建筑材料性能低下和施工工艺落后;现场施工管理水平低,责任边界不明,各承包商之间缺乏沟通、协调不够;缺少市场利益驱动;监督力度不足。建议营造良好的建筑废料管理的法制环境,减少设计变更,大力推行废料减量化设计,将环境保护及废料管理措施纳入招投标体系中,加强施工现场管理及强化市场利益驱动机制,以实现建筑废料的减量化。

Abstract:At present, construction waste increases rapidly, not only polluting environment but also wasting resources. This is because of waste management measures not taken, weak consciousness of material saving and environmental protection, low performance of construction material and backward construction technology, low level of site management, obscure responsibility, lack of communication and coordination between contractors, no irritation of market benefit, and inadequate superintending. And the suggestions to realize the reduction of construction waste are as follows: create good legal environment for the management of construction waste; reduce design variation; strongly implement waste cutting-down design; put environmental protection and waste management measures into biding system; enhance construction site management and strengthen market benefit driving mechanism.
