镁合金热连轧过程数值模拟

摘    要:针对镁合金热连轧过程中已发生边裂的问题,采用ANSYS变形热力耦合数值分析法,对 AZ31镁合金板在350℃、0.5 m·s-1轧制速度下的三道次连轧过程进行了有限元模拟,并应用LS-DYNA后处理器对轧制过程中镁板不同部位的温度、应力分别进行了分析,并对模拟结果进行实验验证。研究结果表明:热连轧过程中,首道次镁板温降值较大,而且不同位置的温降幅值不同;此外,轧制过程中镁板边部中心层应力始终大于中部表层应力值。轧制过程中温度的不均匀变化以及边部应力集中使得镁合金在热连轧过程中易于发生边裂。

Numerical simulation of hot tandem rolling process for magnesium alloy
Abstract:For the problem of edge crack in hot tandem rolling of magnesium alloy, the process of three passes tandem rolling for magnesi-um alloy AZ31 sheet was simulated by ANSYS with the thermo-mechanical coupled analysis at temperature 350 ℃ and rolling speed 0. 5 m·s-1 . Furthermore, the temperature and stress in different parts of the magnesium plate were analyzed by LS-DYNA in the roll-ing process, and the simulation result was verified by the experiment. The research results show that in the hot tandem rolling, the tem-perature drop of magnesium plate is greater on the first pass, and they are varied on different parts. Moreover, the stress of center layer edge is greater than that of the middle surface layer in the rolling process. Due to change of non-uniform temperature and the edge stress concentration, the edge crack of magnesium alloy plate occurs easily in the hot tandem rolling.
