摘    要:针对现有汽车电子燃油泵电机油品适应性差、噪声大、寿命短等问题,设计了一种无刷无位置传感器电机控制系统,并应用于电子燃油泵中.在分析无刷电机旋转原理的基础上,利用反电动势法在控制程序中构造虚拟中性点电压来确定反电动势过零点信号,并结合预定位启动法进行启动,从而实现了无刷无位置传感器电机的控制.实验表明:该系统能够准确判断电机反电动势过零点信号,电机运行平稳,且输出油量满足实际需求.

Abstract:Aiming at problem of poor adaptability to fuels,large noise and short service life that existing vehicle fuel pump has,sensorless brushless DC motor( BLDC motor)control system is designed and applied in electronic fuel pump. Based on analysis on BL motor rotation principle of,virtual mid-point voltage of back electromotive force is utilized in control program to estimate zero-crossing point signal,and combined with pre-positioning method,control of sensorless BLDC motor is realized. The experimental results show that this control system can accurately detect the zero-crossing points of back EMF,the motor works smoothly,the flow rate of fuel also meets the actual demands of vehicle.
