摘    要:采用空心旋压工艺成形凹圆弧母线筒形件难度很大。利用有限元模拟手段对该成形过程进行预测性研究,为后续的实验与生产提供理论依据。首先理论推导单一道次凹圆弧型旋轮运动关系方程,再以此为边界条件进行模拟。研究中提出了3种旋压方法,通过对比分析模拟结果发现,随动芯轴可控制筒坯自由端金属流动均衡性,多道次成形由于每一道次的相对径向进给量小,有利于控制弧顶部位的褶皱,获得较好的壁厚均匀性,且旋压件弧顶横截面椭圆化较轻。

Research on finite element simulation of hollow spinning for tubular part with concave arc generatrix
Abstract:It is difficult to form the tubular part with concave arc generatrix by hollow spinning. The finite element simulation method was adopted to forecast the forming process of the tubular part with concave arc generatrix, and a theoretical basis for subsequent experiments and production was obtained. Firstly, the motion relationship equations of single pass concave arc roller were deduced theoretically. Then the equations were used as boundary conditions to simulate. Three kinds of spinning methods were proposed. Comparing the simulation re-sults with analysis, it shows that the equilibrium of the free end metal flow of the tubular blank can be controlled by the dynamic mandrel. Due to the smaller relative radial feed in each pass, multi-pass spinning contributes to the wrinkles control of the arc portion and better thickness uniformity. And the ovalization of the cross section on the arc top is also smaller by multi-pass spinning.
